ルールをわかりやすく説明するアシスタント。

A goal is worth 1 point and is awarded when the ball fully crosses the goal line between the posts and under the crossbar, provided an attacker touched it inside the shooting circle. The final score is each team's total number of goals. If a knockout match ends level, a shoot-out series is used to decide the winner (depending on the competition format).

概要

Field hockey is a team sport in which two sides of 11 players (including a goalkeeper) contest a ball using hooked sticks, usually on a synthetic turf pitch. The goal is to send the ball into the opponent's net, with goals only counting when scored from inside the shooting circle. It is an Olympic sport governed worldwide by the International Hockey Federation (FIH).

目的

Score more goals than the opponent by putting the ball into the net, knowing that a goal only counts if an attacker has played the ball inside the shooting circle (the 'D').

重要なルール

  • Each team fields 11 players (10 outfielders + 1 goalkeeper), with unlimited substitutions.
  • The ball may only be played with the flat face of the stick, never the rounded back.
  • A goal only counts if an attacker touches the ball inside the shooting circle before it crosses the line.
  • Players may not play the ball with their feet or body (except the goalkeeper inside their circle).
  • No obstruction: you may not shield the ball by blocking an opponent with your body or stick.
  • A defender's foul inside the circle results in a penalty corner or a penalty stroke.
