Purpose

These Terms govern use of the ScoreZen app, published by Pilovia (sole proprietorship).

Free access

Joining a match, scanning a QR code, viewing a score, spectating and trying a counter are free and require no account.

Purchases

ScoreZen Essentiel (€1.99, one-time lifetime purchase) and packs are sold via Apple/Google in-app purchases. Business offers (Club, Club Pro, Organisation) are sold on the web via Stripe.

Immediate-access digital content: the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once performance has begun with your consent. Apple/Google store refund terms apply.

Club, Club Pro and Organisation subscriptions: monthly, no commitment, tacitly renewed each month. Cancel anytime from your Organisation space → “Manage subscription” (secure Stripe portal), effective at the end of the current period. An invoice is issued for every payment and available from the same portal.

Account & liability

You are responsible for your account usage. ScoreZen is provided “as is”, on a best-effort basis. You can delete your account anytime in the app.

Governing law

French law. Consumer mediation available (EU ODR platform). Competent courts: Agen jurisdiction.
