Export (portability, art. 20)

Account → “Export my data” downloads a JSON file: profile, matches, teams, competitions and access.

Delete (erasure, art. 17)

Account → “Delete my account” erases your data. You can sign up again with the same email.

Access & rectification (art. 15-16)

For any access or correction request: contact@pilovia.fr. Reply within one month.

No-account mode

If you are only spectating (you are looking at a score someone shared), nothing is recorded about YOU: export and deletion do not apply. Only a counter attached to the match goes up by one — it holds no information about you and cannot be traced back to you. And if you tap the invitation to create your own match, a technical event is recorded: it carries the MATCH identifier and nothing about you.

If you kept score WITHOUT an account, export and deletion from inside the app require an account. Write to contact@pilovia.fr quoting the code of the matches concerned: we handle those requests manually.
