Resumen
Futsal is a five-a-side indoor form of football played on a hard court with a smaller, low-bounce ball. Fast and technical, it rewards close ball control, short passing and creativity in a confined space. It is governed worldwide by FIFA.
Objetivo
Score more goals than the opponent by sending the ball fully into their goal, while respecting the Laws of the Game.
Reglas clave
- •Five players per team on court, including one goalkeeper.
- •Side restarts are taken with the foot (kick-in), not thrown by hand.
- •A player has 4 seconds to take a kick-in, corner, goal clearance or free kick.
- •There is no offside in futsal.
- •The ball has a reduced bounce and is mostly played on the ground.
- •Substitutions are flying and unlimited, with no stoppage of play.
